Retail Sales Manager (Mobile Phones)

Requirements:
Minimum of first degree
5 years related experience or above.
At least 2 years experience in channel development (open market)
At least 2 years experience in managing more than 20 promoters.
At least 2 years experience to achieve more than 20.000 pieces sales of mobile phones per year.

Responsibilities:
It Set up the Retail Market plan and promotion Strategy for our operator market and open- market.
Responsible for Dealership Management and also assisting distributors in the Channel of Sales
Responsible in fulfilling the Retail Market Target
Responsible in fulfilling the promotion activity
Responsible for the Retail work, such as building and Managing the promotion team
To maintain a good relationship with our customers.
