Prepare job description
Assist in selection procedures
Assist in performance management systems
Execute and coordinate approved training interventions
Manage employees' data base document
Manage employee attendance document
Facilitated on-boarding and orientation of new employment
Handle salary and benefits related tasks
Analyze and prepare HR reports
Any other assignments
