Responsibilities:
Assist with the daily operational requirements for smooth opening,
Running and closing of the office.
Assist with people & personnel matters.
Assist with staff welfare & training.
Assist with recruitment.
Manage payroll.
Manage the employee on boarding process.
Develop, organize and maintain an office filing system for easy
retrieval of documents.
Write letters & develop presentations.
Liaise with external suppliers.
Manage daily petty cash account.
Maintain office logs on diesel/petrol usage, employee attendance.
Manage office supply needs.
Assist with inventory management.
Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years working experience, with experience in a similar role.
Minimum qualification is Degree.
An MBA/MSc would be an added advantage.
Membership of CIPM would be an added advantage.
Knowledge of HR processes.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
