Job Structure:
The Pan African Graduate Programme which is our real Job it shows that you will benefit from authentic experience designed to accelerate your career development. It will help you build your expertise and knowledge by completing the three 12-months rotations within your chosen discipline or field and there may also be opportunities too spend one of these rotations i a different African Market.
Support And Development:
The 3 years programme includes both major functional training and leadership development. The functional training helps you gain the skills, knowledge and experience that will form the foundation of your career with Diageo. Diageo will also help you build your leadership expertise so that you can encourage thinking, stimulate people and drive change. there will also opportunities for you to explore other avenues for development at regular reviews with your line manager
In addition, there will be connect and development events each year, which will simply help you raise your profile in the company and learn from some of our most experienced leaders.
Job Requirement:
. Minimum of First degree with goo academic record
. Minimum of second class upper
. minimum of 2 years experience
