assessment
1.the group discussion
2.the face to face interview

Doz participatin in d Guinness RDM assessment,note d followin:
*U wil all hav lunch no matter ur batch,der r 2 batches a day.
*b prepared 2b personaly interviewed by 3men(dey each hv a copy of ur CV u filled wen applyin 4d job).
*ur presentatn is a practical demonstratn.u'l b given a case study abt a customer who wants 2abandon Guinness bcos she's alwaz running out of stock&den sign an exclusivity agreement wit a competitor who's offerin his products @ lower price&higher profit margin. u'l b given 10mins 2write down ur observatns 4rm d case study,den 10mins to present b4 2 assessors.one of d assessors wit role of ur client who wants 2 leav. U r meant to use doz observatn in d dialogue&giv reasons y d client shud remain wit u.
*finally,is d group task.all 9 of u wil b given a brewer case 2 discus.10mins 4u 2 read thru&write down points,30mins 4d group 2 discus wit 1 person writin down d group's findings/solutions.finaly 5mins 4 one person present d group's work infront of al assessors.
