Job Title: Graduate Trainee

Location: Ibadan

Job Summary

Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within anassigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’sproducts.
Personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers.
Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through arelationship-based approach.
Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assiststhem in selecting those best suited to their needs.

Responsibilities
o Thesuccessful candidate will be groomed to effectively and efficiently carry outthe following:
o Prospectingfor new and existing customers for business opportunities, ensuring thatpersonal and team sales goals are met and exceeded.
o Managingthe Depots as a profit centre
o Makestelephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing andprospective customers.
o andconsulting with marketing and technical service areas.
o Participatesin trade shows and conventions.
o Ensurestock availability in Depot
o CoordinateSale and Marketing effort within segment market
o Havebasic knowledge and workings of unit in the organisation

Qualifications
o Freshgraduate of Bsc/HND in any discipline.
o Demonstratedaptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers(consultative sales approach).
o Mustbe results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a teamenvironment.
o Mustpossess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Mustnot be more than 30 years of age at nextbirthday.
o Bewilling to work in Ibadan
