I got a message form Glo customer care on wednesday evening calling for interview for today by 9am at their V I office. I have rescheduled the interview for tomorrow because i wont be able to make it. House, kindly give me details on their interview tips, how much they pay, the job location in Lagos and any other useful information. I am currently in Etisalat customer care so i want to know which pays better before embarking on this. I will grtly appreciate it. Thank you all.
Glo pays 750k/annum. You are better off at Etisalat. The interview is pretty cheap. You can negotiate since you have call centre experience. Good luck.

nope, glo doesn't have staff bus n yes dr call center is at VI not far frm d interview venue
Then i dont have to go bevause dey pay same at etisalt. Willl even get higher after six months.

Y are u guys struggling for customer service job in telecoms company? I will advice any1 dt 1ts to work wit Telecoms to strive to be in Sales department or Technical dept. Am a Glo sales man and I no wot am saying.

Adelowo Adedeji Street, Off Admiralty Way, Lekki Peninsula, Phase 1, Victoria Island. At cms, take a bus going to lekki phase one not Ajah o. Cross the bridge and enter the big gate. Board the the lagos yellow and black bus inside. Tell the conductor u will alight at Mactay. Its not far from the bus stop, go in the morning.

For glo customer care interview, u ll b asked to name d countries in West Africa and d countries where glo network is available. Other questions are based on glo products and services, tariffs and call rates. Then u ll b tested on ur level of fluency in hausa Language.

I think I know a little about the 2 companies. 2 av joined etisalat 2 months ago, I know the package and d discrimination thingy. Please do glo, though etisalat is beta 4 those that av stayed long in the system as it doesn't favour new intakes except 4 experienced hire.
