Becker Industrial Coatings is a global coatings company with Europe-wide and globally leading positions in coil and special coatings.

We are looking for:
As part of our expansion in West Africa, Becker Industrial Coatings is interested in recruiting a results oriented General Manager to be based in Nigeria who will be responsible for day to day production and operation of the factory.

Job Title: General Manager

The qualifying candidate should comply with the following:
Nigerian/West African National

• Paint background and knowledge
• Chemistry (BSc) background will be advantageous
• High integrity and honesty very important
• Must have experience as General Manager/Factory Manager
• Will be located in Lagos/Ota area
• Age 35+
• General business skills
• A little financial management will also be advantageous
• Be able to work independently and under pressure
• The recruitment is conducted in collaboration with the Sweden Trade Council in Johannesburg

The Job

• Set up of new production facility
• General support to sales team and customers
• Meeting production targets
