Our Client, a leading printing firm requires qualified and competent individuals to fill the following vacancy as a matter of utmost urgency.


VACANT POST: FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

• Coordination and Management of the Office
• Supervision of low level staff
• Management of the factory site
• Regulating of the Client's inflow into the factory
• Management of client complaints and feedback
• Record documentation
• Receiving of phone calls
• Solving of client's enquiries
• Archiving of Files and records

Qualification: Minimum of OND in Business Administration or any related field in any Social Sciences Field. A chartered member of NMIN/NIM or a masters degree in marketing will be an added advantage.


Required Skills:
· 3 years of hands on experience; Minimum 2 years in similar role is very important

· Strong leadership, management and motivational abilities.

· Excellent communication skills in English (Written & Spoken)

· Innovative, dynamic couple with CAN-DO attitude
· Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – a must.

· Professional image, polished presentation
· Strong Relationship management skills

· Good Report writing skills
