A reputable company requires the service of a female Front Desk Personnel for immediate employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Customer service
* Attending to visitors and clients
* Giving report on daily activities from your desk to the Supervisor
* Sending and receiving mails and forwarding to other departments
* Communicate adequate information to other departments
* Support and giving report to the HR department
* Recording the inward & outward mails
* And any other duties assigned to you by the company
ATTRIBUTES
Must be presentable, outspoken and fluent with the corporate language
• Must be literate in the computer world
• Must have a good composure
• Must have a good business relating attributes
• Must be a cheerful person and accommodating
• Age within 23- 25yrs
• Must resides within the mainland metropolis
QUALIFICATION
Strictly OND with 2 years experience.
