Our Clients require qualified and competent individuals to fill the following vacancy as a matter of utmost urgency.

VACANT POST: FRONT DESK EXECUTIVES

• Attending to client's enquiries and proffering solutions
• Receiving phone calls and logging them accordingly
• Incoming and Outgoing Mail documentation
• Updating of the employee record on the system
• Archiving of staff files and office operational files.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from sales activity.
• Establish, maintain and follow up on current client and potential client relationships.

• Identify and resolve client concerns.

• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through sales executive field activity to manager.

• Scheduling and taking of minutes of meetings
• Develop and maintain current product knowledge.

Qualification: Minimum of OND in Secretariat /Business Administration or any related field in any Social Sciences Field.

Required Skills:

• 2years of hands on experience;
• Strong analytical skills to review both financial and operational data.
• Strong leadership, management and motivational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Written & Spoken)
• Innovative, dynamic couple with CAN-DO attitude
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – a must.
• Strong Relationship management skills

• Good Report writing skills
