Front desk office assistant/ receptionist needed for a reputable law firm in Lekki.

DUTIES:
Answering incoming calls
Assisting/ greeting clients who come into the office
Providing customer service
Collection calls to clients
Scheduling appointments
Picking up and delivering items
Administrative duties (filing, photocopying, printing etc.)
Assisting attorneys as needed
Completing projects as required

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Applicant must be organised, friendly and able to multitask
Good telephone manners and computer skills
Ability to work directly with others
Ability to work without supervision
Interest in working in a law firm is a plus

OFFICE HOURS:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
