Fresh Graduate needed as Project Officer in International NGO
Africa science and technology Initiative is a non-profit group with a focus on promoting the development of science, technology, engineering and innovation in Africa. The group is setting up a Lagos office with a program manager and requires a fresh Nigerian graduate to work as project officer.
He/she will work with the program manager in:

• · Conducting surveys and studies on science and engineering education in Nigerian secondary schools and universities
• · Managing publications online and offline.
• · conducting media and outreach education and training campaigns
• · connecting promising scientific research with funding locally and internationally
• · office administration and management

amongst others
Qualities Required:
· Pro-active attitude with ability to work on your own with appropriate use of initiative.
· Interpersonal and communication skills in particular the ability to work in a team.
· Comfortable communicating with managers, teams and external 3rd parties
Recent graduate with minimum of 2.2 in strictly science or engineering courses.
