BRAND MANAGER
Purpose Statement:
Build brand image/equity and grow brand performance via long term consumer preference nd loyalty. Support sales function in driving and growing bran volumes and revenue.



• Develop brand building initiative
• Initiative brand specific programs to address prevailing issues
• Drive product research and development, advertising and promotion
• See to the production of POS that will drive brand visibility and sales
• Develop strategies for school adoption program
• Monitor market trends and competition activities
• Identify business opportunities and initiative marketing programs that effectively increase customers satisfaction/loyalty and drive.

Qualifications: The candidate must possess B.SC Management science with a minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in an FMCG. The candidate must not be more than 35 years MBA in marketing or business administration is an advantage.

ZONAL SALES MANAGER (Enugu, Abuja)
Key task:
• Oversee and direct the company’s sales growth in his zone
• Analyze trends, forecast opportunities and threat within the market
• Develop and implement sales process, procedures and policies
• Review market analysis and sales report to determine validity and penetration strategies in the zone

Qualifications: The candidate must possess HND/BSC in management science with a minimum of 55 to 8 years sale experience in an FMCG. The ideal candidate must not be less than 35 years and not more than 40 year. Candidate must be computer literate. MBA in marketing or business administration or other related field is an advantage.

WEBSITE ADMINISTRATOR
Key Task:
• Manage the continual development of features on the website
• Create, develop and manage content for organization’s web presence (requires working with content management software).
• Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant Social Media such as blogs, face book
• Assure web-based information is achieved for future needs and reference
• Track and report on all site metrics.
• General Website Management

Qualifications: HND or Degree in computer Science, Information System, or any related IT course, 3-55 years experience managing content and production for high traffic websites, Programming skills, Good communication and writing skills and able to meet strict task deadlines.
