1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER OR EXECUTIVE AGENCY NETWORK
Desired Candidate Profile
Agency network development strategy, identifying, selecting and training monitoring contributions and performance of agencies sales and management reports, analysis and advisories market trends and competitor analysis.

Educational Qualification
HND, BSC, BA in any discipline (minimum of second class lower division or equivalent with significant experience in insurance marketing)

Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance marketing

Skills/Abilities
· In-depth understanding of financial business environment
· Excellent analytical skills
· Excellent communication
· Detailed working knowledge of insurance products and services
· Ability to interpret and analyse market research data
· Excellent management and organisational skills

Personal Qualities
· Innovative, creative and receptive
· Good team player
· Personal and professional integrity

Educational Qualification
HND, OND, NCE in any discipline
Experience in insurance marketing would be an advantage but not compulsory as training would be provided.
