We are seeking to employ a suitably qualified candidate to fill this position.

Position Purpose:
Develop and administer all Procurement related activities for the company and its entities.

Duties:
Serves as the organizations representative for Vendor Selection, Negotiation and Vendor Relationship Management.
Responsible for Logistics Management shipping, insurance, clearance, etc.
Prepares Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensures compliance by all Vendors.
Monitors approval processes of vendor deliveries, to maintain an appropriate degree of accountability on vendor deliveries.
Full documentation of procurement and logistics policies for all vendors.
May develop training material, prepare lesson plans, and oversee procurement training.

Qualifications:
Background in finance, accounting, business finance, law, contracts, purchasing, and logistics.
Deep understanding of procurement processes and exposure to logistics /delivery management.
Advanced Excel capabilities. Must also possess working knowledge of MS Office Word, and standard industry procurement software and databases.
Good hands on experience in Opening Form M, Custom duties calculation, clearing, and storage.
Experience obtaining insurance for shipped equipment as well as bonded warehouse.
High Level of Integrity; Superior people and relationship management skills.
3-4 years of professional procurement/purchasing experience in a mid-sized organization.
Prior management or supervisory experience is preferred.
