They are currently hiring for Gabon, Congo, Burkina Faso, Niger, Chad, Madagascar, Democratic Republic of Congo.
The incumbent will be responsible for to ensure the controls and compliances in place and delivering the Financials. He/ she will also conceptualize, develop and implement collaborative initiatives, regional products/services and or platforms in order to significantly enhance the business performance.
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with atleast 7+ years of work experience and 5 years in Financial Reporting of either large FMCG, Telecom, Financial Institutions, Oil & Gas. The candidates should have managerial experience and must have led a Financial Reporting Group.

Job Description:
Deliverables:
Lead & Manage the Financial Reporting team
Ensure there are no major issues in the Quarterly Audit Issue Tracker.
Book closure on time including all supporting schedules
Anticipate the issues well before the book closure and initiating the action plans to resolve the same.

Major Challenges :
The FC need to closely work with various function heads in getting inputs for smooth Book Closure.
It is also important to close loop with various stake holders including the Vendors and Bankers with respect to payment issues.
Needs to demonstrate knowledge and competency in relevant domains in order to manage different stakeholders unto a common goal and direction.
To be abreast with all the new Accounting & Tax developments and align the Accounting accordingly.
Internally, needs to guide/align direct and indirect reportees to deliver the desired outcomes based on Accounting Guidelines set.
