Finance & Admin Manager

This role will be expected to:
? Ensure overall cost control, expenditure vetting, procurement and budgeting.
? Supervise the accounting/financial matters of the Club.
? Manage cash flows/treasury matters.
? Prepare management and financial statements and reports on revenues and expenditures.
? Handle the management and improvement of the financial systems and procedures.
? Develop and implement all accounting policies and procedures.
? Assets and facilities management and maintenance.
? Ensure implementation of security and safety measures.
? Handle utilities management, infrastructural and assets upgrade.
? Prepare financial reports, cash flow, statutory and management reports.

The individual for this position must have:
? Minimum of HND Degree in a relevant discipline, an MBA will be an added advantage.
? Approximately 7 -10 years experience in the hospitality Industry
? Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA) is a must.
? Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
