FG withdraws scholarship for rioting Nigerian students in Moscow

Following Monday’s attack on the Nigerian Embassy in Moscow, the Office of the Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta, has decided to withdraw the sponsorship of six of its student-delegates at the Peoples Friendship University, Moscow, Russia.

The six were found to be behind the condemnable act in Moscow.http://scholarship.juohco.com/wp-inc.../img/trans.gifTwenty-four of its student- delegates are studying in the university under a special scholarship scheme for Niger Delta youths. Reports say the incident at the Mission resulted in the arrest of 16 of the students by the Russian police.
