Senior Operation / Maintenance Person
A consulting company specialised in oil& gas, construction, environment and energy sectors and they are in need of a suitable candidate to fill this position.
Responsibilities:
- The o&M Manager is accountable for the operation support, maintenance and administration activities at the Power Station and implementation of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental systems that meets local as well as the client's requirements.
- The o&M Manager is responsible for achieving targets derived from contractual, technical and commercial obligations and forming and maintaining a competent team that achieves the highest standards of performance.
- The knowledge of the type of Power Station concerned and the turbine GT13E2 is mandatory.
Qualifications and Requirements;
- At least ONE yeaR experience in line management
- At least seven years' experience in maintenance of Power Stations or large continuous process plants, of which some years may be in commissioning.
- A previous experience with turbine GT13E2 is needed.
- Good management skills combining task and people orientation with the ability to reach satisfactorily negotiated solutions.
- Good leadership skills proven in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
