Candidate after probation is expected to be elevated into the position of the Managing Director with some shareholding. Candidates must have a good first degree in a field relevant to facility management and must also have requisite professional qualifications. He must also have practised in facility management for no less than 8 years, must have an eye for detail and will be a highly mobile all round achiever.
