A reputable law firm in Abuja urgently requires the services of a young, dynamic, focused and highly motivated FEMALE for immediate employment as an Executive Secretary.

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

Requirements:

• Must possess a good first degree in social sciences OR HND in secretarial
studies OR any other related discipline
• Must have a minimum of 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE as a secretary/personal
assistant
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
• Must be able to effectively take minutes of meetings, write memos and reports
• Should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Application packages
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision
• Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity
• Must be able to write business plans and proposals
