A respected full-service communications company in Lagos, responsible for major national projects, and with a strong print, electronic and online presence, is seeking an Executive Assistant for immediate full-time employment as it expands its client capacity.

Said person must:

1) Be a university graduate (in any field)

2) Not be older than 28

3) Have a keen interest in the media and be passionate about the media and about changing Nigeria

4) Be ready to work flexible hours

5) Be able to write great letters, correspondence, statements, etc.

6) Display a high degree of personal discipline and respect for process

7) Have excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manipulate PDF documents is an advantage

8) Be articulate and confident - in conversation and in person - and able to represent his/her boss in any situation effectively

9) Be supremely organised, with impressive powers of memory, observation and concentration

8) Be able to work in a very spontaneous, dynamic environment with new projects and ideas constantly evolving

10) Be extremely hard working (because, whilst the work is enjoyable and exciting, it requires a young person who is not afraid to work hard)

… and be ready to work with a restless and impatient boss!

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Be prepared for travel)
