Entry-level and Experienced Job Recruitment at FINCA Microfinance Bank(5 Positions)-Ibadan

FINCA is seeking motivated and capable individuals to be part of FINCA’s microfinance bank start up in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. The following positions are now open to applicants:
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
1. Job Position: Customer Care Officers
Job Description
Customer Care Officers report to Banking Services Supervisor at the branch level and are responsible for ensuring a quality customer experience, receiving and opening accounts for clients into the banking hall and implementing the front office administrative activities.
Qualifications and Experience
· ND, HND or B.Sc level of Education
· Proficiciency in Computer Applications Excel/Microsoft Office and data entry Skills
· Fluency in English required, Yoruba or other local language skills strongly desirable.

2. Job Position: Head of Retail
The Head of Retail is a senior manager of the Management Team and reports to the Chief Operating Office; he/she is responsible for the establishment and successful functioning of the retail business in FINCA Nigeria.
Qualifications and Experience
· HND/University Degree preferably in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administartion or Related Discipline. MBA is an added advantage.

3. Job Position: Database Administrator
The Database Administartor is responsible for database administration and general support for the core banking system and related interfaces (particularly those which support technology-driven financial transactions) as well as general support.
Qualifications and Experience
· First Degree/HND in Computer Science or related field preferred.

4. Job Position: Payment and Reconciliation Officer
Job Description
Payment and Reconciliation Officers report to the Payment and Reconciliation Supervisor at the Head Office and are responsible for prompt and appropriate settlement & Reconciliation of payment reconciliation of payment transactions, general account proofing, and escalation of unusual or suspicious transactions while minimizing payment exposures.
Qualifications and Experience
· ND, HND or B.Sc level of Education
· Preferred 1 or 2 years work experience

5. Job Position: Tellers
Job Description
Tellers report to the Head Teller of the branch and are responsible for assisting clients with transactions (including cash), ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures for cash management, cross-selling products and services and providing an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications and Experience
· ND, HND or B.Sc level of Education
· Preferred 1 or 2 years work experience
