- Supervise drilling operations on the rig
- Lead and organize workforce to achieve set goals
- Coordinate the activities of a multitude of contractors and equipment in a complex drilling environment
- Analyze and solve complex well drilling and completions problems


Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering or Sciences with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division or Lower Credit respectively
