Is DGP International a scam organisation?

Just got this mail from DGP. Please, I need ur advice.

Seriously this is baffling, how many times do people need to be warned...like Zinwa said make you go pay come tell us your experience!

our anxiety,rush and impatience of havin a new or better job is blindfolding us from being able 2 differentiate btw wht is real and scam.my good fellas,no rush,cool temper and open eyes,good and real job will come our way.....may God bless us and deliver us from the hands of scammera!!!!!!!!!
