8A salary grade for Dangote salt also knw as NASCON is Basic 35,454, rent 14,182, transport 3,000, utility 2,000, extra duty 2,500, Dressing 3,545 making a Gross of #60,681 before tax. grade 8 wc is d grade level usually use for fresh graduates or trainees has Basic of 28,027 with dsame allowance as grade 8A. I worked wit dem as contract staff for some months b4 i got a better payin job n av an internal source of info. A 1st class source just informed me dt d salary structure for graduate trainee driver has not been decided yet, i sud let d interviewers know dt i'm not lookin 4ward 2 anythin below 100k due to d nature of d job and risk involved. This is a poor pay from Dangote o...even mine in a LASG parastatal is #56300 before tax, and I'm enjoying the job, with quaterly medical allowance of #45000...I don't expect to earn less than #150k in this graduate driver o, or else i will just ignore the job o, or I will jst attend the training and leave them, since I know during training,I will not resign my current jobQuote:

I don't tink dere is more to d interview than de confidence u can build widin ursef. My interviewer just asked me 2 que lyk: 1. y wil a grad of accting lyk me want to be a truck driver instead of counting money in d bank? My answer: oga u give me bank work b4 I no do?
2.Tell me about a scenario dt showed hw honest u re.
My answer:oga make dangote give me truck load of cement from obajana to warri b4 u go knw whether I dey honest or not.
Al d same, d interview was just ceremonial. U just need to be confident to grab some good points. Cheers!

Am @ the PH zone we have like 250 drivers in d making and the center has 5 female candidates they are stoping @ 200 so I wld have mine 2mao we have 2 guys conducting d interview proper and it takes b/w 5-10 mins

@Audinowing and the house, the interview in Abuja was o.k or the first day, i surprise the place full oooooooooooooooooooo, it was an interactive time, i really enjoyed it, i was asked how i handle Fitness,if i have headache what will i do, Alcohol or beer which do i take?, how will you apply the error of Omission and Commission to Driving as an Accounting Graduate, why did i live the Accounting profession for driving,what are the likely challenges you might encounter on the road as a driver et lot's more. It was a wonderful interaction between me and the interviewer ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. All the same God has the final say. I wish all of una Good luck.

Lagos center is a little bit organised but d crowd is tsunamic..List dey swallow list. From my observation over #1200 has been interviewd since yesterday & we ar stil countin..#1310 - #1330 come in, #1330-#1350 next......come see different kinds of suit. Na men full here sef..i can see 2 ladies among us..
