The prospective candidate for this position must have the following specification
1. Must be a young, single female
2. Minimum of HND or B.Sc in any field
3. Must be computer literate
4. Ability to work under minimum or no supervision
5. Must have very good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet given deadlines
7. Ability to use own discretion
8. Strong judgemental skills
9. Persuasive and influening skills
10. The candidate must have worked in the capcity of customer service executive for a minimum of 3-4 years
