We provide Content Service Portals consisting of various relevant services targeted at making life easier for all our customers.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Providing field agents with office support.
- Resolving Customer issues efficiently and filling of client complaints and suggestion logs.
- Providing clients with solutions to issues related to our products. Develop complimentary and seasonal content for distribution to clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of OND. B.SC,HND,NCE
- Good Team spirit.
- Basic Knowledge of Computer applications.
- Good communications skills.
- Ability to work in competitive environment.
- Must be fluent in English and at least 1 Nigerian local language.
- Must have strong work ethics.
