2. He/she must have worked with an electronic or print media outfit on the crime watch
3. The candidate must have good contacts and network with the security, law enforcement,
paramilitary agencies
4. Must be able to make this section stimulating experience to users
5. Must be proactive, result oriented, computer literate.
