Is is compulsory to wear a suit to an interview?

Hi all like to hear your views,can one just go with a shirt en tie or must it be with the coat.

if u av suit wear it, if u dont av suit go wit shirt and tie, it is coporate and formal enuf

A WELL IRONED SHIRT, PREFERABLY WHITE, WITH A TIE IS GOOD TO GO

shirt n tie will do fine if u dnt have a suit.

i think basically u av to bcos i once fell a victim in which i lost a sub-contract job with MTN. they told me it was bcos of not putting on suit. i think it is neccessary. for anyone that care to listen
