Job Description
A reputable company involved in Food Safety and Professional Disinfecting services, also provides World Class services for the most demanding urban, commercial, food service and residential sectors. We need the services of a qualified candidate for this position.

Job Summary
The Customer Service Officer’s role is immediately linked to the customer. The CSO has a customer-oriented attitude that would provide exceptional customer service and attendance to customers’ needs and requests. Good Communication Skills and Time Management are necessary.
Following up on customer’s pest programs, scheduling treatments, handling callbacks and ensuring customer satisfaction through courtesy calls are mainly incorporated in the role of the CSO.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist CSM in Audit calls on a daily basis.
Assist CSM in daily courtesy calls.
Conduct courtesy visits when needed.
Prepare necessary reports and communicate them to CSM.
Follow up with clients for satisfaction.
Participate in designing and delivering CS presentations and workshops.
Answer callbacks and solve problems.
Follow up on callbacks until the client is satisfied.
Ensure that new clients are treated after 48 hours from briefing.
Keep an up to date filling system at all times for the referral purposes.

Essential Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree, Customer Service Background
Minimum 1 year of experience in related field.
Proficiency in English
Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office, & Internet Browsing.
Ability to provide outstanding Customer Service
Ability to provide excellent Services to all clients at all times
Excellent Communicator
Good Listener.
Strong Interpersonal, Organization and Follow-Through Skills
