Client liaison officer

ooooookjjjttThe Role:

* You will be required to register potential clients / sub contractors by telephone through advance Contracting and promote the brand
* The CLO will be responsible for winning the business and communicating with both the worker and the agency providing regular updates and building relationships
* When registering our workers we need to be able to discuss how our solutions work and produce illustrations of the payments the workers will receive based on the information they provide
*We monitor registrations and ensure we work with agencies to support them and their workers
* As the role progresses, the CLO will start looking after agencies and will be responsible for raising invoices to agencies and also creating payments for workers. This is done using our payment system for which full training will be given

Preferred skills required:

* Desire to sell the brand & business
* Excellent customer service skills
* Communication is key to this role
* Computer literate
* Good level of mathematical skills
* Objection handling techniques
* Ability to multi-task & deal with a number of queries
