Civil Defence shortlisting

I heard from someone that civil defence will soon start shortlisting this month, pls house can anyone else confirm this???

Dere is presure on d CG Abt d volunteers dat were not regularise,so they are tryin to consider some,so they are the one's dat are being shortlistd.
