Job Position: Chief Executive Officer
Job Description:

• Collaborate with board to refine and implement strategic plans
• Providing inspirational leadership and direction to all executives
• ensuring the continuous development and management of a professional and efficient organisation
• Making sure the flow of funds permits the organisation to make continuous progress towards achieving its goals
• formulate and execute comprehensive marketing branding and development strategies
• Delivery of high quality service while managing for current and future growth
• Rationalize the delivery of programs through new and existing offices and partnership

Skills:

• ability to lead the creation of a shared vision for the organisation
• Guiding inter-team and inter-organisational collaborations and efficiency rate
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• making clear and timely decision

Qualification:
Minimum of a degree a doctorate degree will be an added advantage
experience in government related activities
significant board development, fundraising, marketing and branding management experience
must be highly mobile ( traveling within and outside Nigeria)
proficiency in french will be an added advantage
