Responsibilities

Working with stakeholders to improve the ease of market transactions, to decrease market dysfunctions and to increase farmers' income
Developing, implementing and supporting a portfolios of initiatives
Providing training and ongoing support to stakeholders
Locations
The jobs are located in the West, East and North of Nigeria

Academic Qualification:
Min of 2.1 degree in any of the following fields: General Agric, Crop Protection, Agronomy, Agric Economics and Agric Extension/Farm Management. MSC and/or PhD added advantage

Work Experience
Min of 7 yrs working experience with min of 2 yrs in a leadership position in any of the following areas: Agric Research Institutes; Academics; Agric Extension Services; Farmers' Organisation; Crop Protection Industry; Seed Industry; Plantations, Donor Agencies, Farm Management, etc

Other Requirements

Proficient in English and any other Nigerian languages
Computer literacy and presentation skills
Proof of valid driver's license and willingness to travel on short notices
