1.) Accounts Manager

Main Accountabilities
- Processing of 3rd party invoices and ensuring payment on due dates in accordance with credit terms agreed by Buyers.
- Reconciliation of Accrual costing account
- Ensures completeness & correctness of Accounts Payable postings including SL/GL reconciliations

Relevant Experience

- An accounting graduate or possession of levels of accounting professional experience.

2.) Credit Control Manager

- Manages established credit control policy, issues stop orders on defaulting distributors
- Determines and book doubtful debt provision on a monthly basis
- Initiates fund collection for due invoices
- Engages with bank on Key distributor’s facilities and state of account

- Do a work around in the warehouse to check the state/position of stock.
- Ensure stock segregation good stock separated from damaged stock is done properly in the DC
- Monitor delivery operation so to ensure only sound stock are allow to the warehouse.
- Ensure prompt escalation/handling of quality issues.
Relevant Experience
- An Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any Science related course
- Experience in product quality and warehousing
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
