Job Summary

A ONE month temporary position is available for a suitable candidate to conduct a feasibility study in the area of the Hospitality Industry (Farm Resort Sub Sector). The candidate is expected to work from the client's office (Ikeja) and must be available to travel outside Lagos State if the need arises. The fee for completing the study within the specified period is highly competitive.
Job Responsibility
In particular the successful candidate will be responsible for the:-
• Initiation of activities related to the area of study;
• Implementation and management of activities related to the area of study;
• Initiation and management in collaboration with the Head of Research and Strategic Documentation Unit, on the activities related to the area of study;
• Preparation of the Feasibility Study work plan;
• Preparation and presentation of feasibility study to the Head, Strategic Documentation Unit;
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements
• A minimum of Second Class Uppers in a Management/ Social Science Course.
• Systematic work, creativity and an innovative attitude are considered important for the post.
• Candidates should also have a problem solving attitude and be able to manage relationships, work in a team, be self motivating and disciplined.
• Good communication skills and an excellent command of both written as well spoken English is mandatory.
• Candidates should be analytically minded and have practical research skills

Preferred
• A Masters Degree in any relevant field;
• Experience in Feasibility Studies and Business Plan Development will be an added Advantage.
