a call from BATN as per trainee

I was called this morning from the batn office asking to fill my employment records urgently as it is needed for my application consideration but i have been having problems with the dates.
Please did anybody get such calls and how do i fill it. ???

What's the problem you have with the date? I'll suggest U tackle it ASAP because since they called u then it means u're a strong applicant
