Job position: Business Manager
Job description:

• provide leadership in strategic business planning and implementation
• managing intra/inter - departmental staff relations, accountable for day to day running of the operational department
• has an oversight function for the business development group
• effective coordinating of commercial operational duties towards objectives and goals
• provide guidance to commercial team in quotation management with most competitive rates
• liaise with clients, industry stakeholders and partners on business relations
• managing and motivating the entire operation team to achieve daily and weekly goals
• meeting with executive management to discuss future strategies an contributing to growth and direction of the company
• giving timely and regular feedback to management on operational activities

Qualification:

• a good 1st degree in a reputable university or polytechnic
• oil and gas logistics experience is an added advantage must be familiar with international freight forwarding commercial quotation and regulation
• has working business knowledge/ hands on experience
