Job Description
A reputable company is looking for a qualified, dynamic individual to fill this position.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be a self starter, who can use a consulting type approach to find out training requirements across board, define and develop training interventions (classroom, seminars, third party collaborations etc.) to address changing business needs. Such a person will be able to work across levels and have the interpersonal skills to manage a broad range of relationships. Ability to think out of the box will be crucial to maintain a competitive edge. The ideal candidate will be part of the company’s leadership and must be able to meaningfully contribute to the company’s growth and business strategies.
Responsibilities:
Identification and development of new business opportunities and strategy.
Establishing and coordinating the management of relationships with clients, employees and other stakeholders.
Overseeing current initiatives to grow market share in the industry.
Developing and implementing business plans.
Developing effective distribution and penetration strategies.
Developing and reviewing training materials.
Driving the organization to achieve operational & financial performance.
Customer handling and customer satisfaction.
Implementing the organization’s directives.
Ensuring a conducive working environment and improving the morale of the employees.
Course facilitation.
Training & development.
Supervising Business Development Team.
Reporting to Managing Director/CEO.
Qualifications/ Experience:
A very good degree.
Local or international qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA).
An MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.
Between 10 - 15 years relevant experience especially in a marketing function.
Experience in an FSI company will be an added advantage.
