Job Description
An ultra modern Spa and Beauty Lounge is out to recruit qualified candidates to help project its beauty products and services.

Responsibilities:
Applying commercial skills to meet sales and cost budgets.
Recruiting, developing and retaining staff.
Ensuring your team deliver good customer service.
Meeting operational expectations by implementing and maintaining high retail standards.
Motivating staff
Dealing with enquiries and complaints
Serving customers
Effective store merchandising
Helping organize promotions
Managing deliveries from suppliers

Qualifications and Requirements:
BSC in relevant field
At least 1-3 years experience
Effective and excellent communication and presentational skills
Goal oriented and personally motivated
Ability to work under minimum or no supervision.
