Our client in the telecom industry is in need of a BO Aviate MW Domain Engineer

Role: BO Aviate MW Domain Engineer

Job requirements:

1. TX optimization
   
   1. TX Congestion Reports
   2. MW KPI Improvement
   3. Configuration Audit and Optimization
   4. Redundancy Audit
   
   
2. Trained local BO Engineers to improve Transmission troubleshooting, Optimization and Reporting Skills
3. Provided quality support to MTN TX Planning to reduce planning related issues, improve network quality and customer perception
4. Provide quality support to Project team on swap projects, network upgrade and others.
5. Engaged in daily optimization escalations from NPM/Customer and provide updates, direction and resolution
6. Provision of on demand reports to senior management, such as governance slides, network audits etc.
7. FO NOC support such as alarm reporting/monitoring templates and other supports on-demand.
8. Configuration Audits on IP Nodes

The maintenance objects are about 5000 Aviat MW device.

Qualifications / Experience:
HND/BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Electronic Engineering
Experience : Minimum 2 Years post NYSC
