Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
Responsible for the
coordination of operations
personnel, project schedules
with regards to support of
company projects, operations
and procedures, process
inspections.
Assures that equipment and
materials are properly
maintained for efficient
operations. Day to day operations control.
Coordinate Logistics and
accommodation of incoming
and outgoing Technicians,
stock and spares.
Act as company liaison with
Immigration authorities for on
time issuance of cablegram,
visas, work permits etc.
Ensures that company
premises, equipment and
materials are properly
maintained for efficient
operations.
Bookkeeping, Petty cash and
basic cash book management
Performs other duties as
assigned.
Qualification/Experience
Graduates should possess a
minimum of 2.2 in these
disciplines:
Mass Communication,
Accounting, Marketing,
Economics, Business
Administration, Banking and
Finance, Computer Science,
Sociology or any other related
courses.
An APCON certified applicant or
a good computer knowledge in
Power Point presentation/
coreldraw/graphics designing
would be an added advantage.
