  Position: BAKERY TECHNOLOGIST

  Job Details: The Job:
  -_-Comparative baking analysis of flour samples from Group mills to ensure the products meet set quality standards.
  -_-Handle various complaints on all types of flour
  -_-Analysis of competition’s products for benchmarking and corrective action
  -_-Collaborate with Product Development team to improve products
  -_-Comparative baking analysis with different flour improvers (enzymes) and new wheat blend
  -_-Product baking demonstration and training
  
  The person:
  -_-Good verbal and written communication skills
  -_-Pays Attention to detail, displays good working and operating principles
  -_-Excellent Recipe formulation skills and use of baking principles
  -_-Good Computer skills
  -_-Interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation
  Qualification:
  -_-B.Sc. or HND in Food Technology
  -_-5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English Language in not more than 2 sittings.
  Experience:
  -_-Minimum of 2 years baking experience
