A.) Architect
Qualifications

• At least MSc
• At least 6 years cognate experience.
• Not less than 36 years of age
• Leadership, team player, scientific

• Strong architectural details, strong awareness of standard quality
• Procedures in building construction and must be able to draw up project workmanship quality plan and implement strategy to
• Monitor and enforce same, good quality artisan network

B.) Quantity Surveyor
Qualifications

• HND/BSc
• At least 4 years Cognate experience
• Not less than 33 years of age
• Leadership, team player, numerate

Key Attribute Desired On Job

• Accuracy of bills, execution budget and strategic monitoring
• Compliance, materials and labor prices, material supplier network .
