Job description

The ideal candidate will assist the Procurement Manager in executing his purchasing/procurement responsibilities.
He will report to the Procurement Manager.
Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting the Procurement Manager in promptly attending to Requisition-To-Orders (RTO’s) monitoring.
• Collating information on consumption patterns of various items for the purpose of determining future purchasing policy.
• Monitoring of market prices of items on order and sourcing new products/items
• To project the Company policy of ensuring that all activities are carried out safely.
• Ensures environmental friendliness & conformity with the standards
• Assists in preparation of data for monthly reports

Qualifications et experience

• Must have a B.Sc / HND in any Social Sciences related course
• Must be a member of the of Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar / related position
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be confident, hardworking, honest and result oriented
• Good command over written and spoken English
