Accountant for IT training firm

Accountant needed for an IT training center in the lekki axis of lagos.
The likely candidate will have experience in the following:


- Inputting Invoices
- Taking and processing cash/cheque payments from clients
- Matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Reconciliation
- Full preparation of management accounts including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss analysis and variance analysis
- Ability to work with an accounting software
- Assist in the preparation of year end and statutory accounts which may include the annual return and/or tax returns
- Assist in the preparation of payroll information and monthly processing of paychecks
- Set up processes and controls for sales, purchases, fixed asset and cash accounts
- A good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email essential.
- A team player with the ability to work to your own initiative and help out the rest of the team
