Job Description

Crystal Green (Global Services) Limited is a virtuous company located in Lagos, Nigeria. An independent, private sector led limited liability Company focused on efficient trading of global soft commodities.

Responsibilities:
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
Establish tables of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts, manage account receivables and payables
Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
Research and process corporate actions
Documentation of Files and Process
Support Investment research & reporting
Investment and Operational Projects as needed
Identify workflow/system improvements and work with supervisor and operations team to enact
Coordinating and Providing support for warehouse operations to ensure that tonnage received matches payments
Coordinating of meetings and taking minutes
Play a role in long term planning, oversee financial management, budgets and accounts management
