Job Title: Account Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

• Processing & posting of accounts vouchers/documents
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement.
• Management of accounts payable receivables
• Organization & tracking of purchase orders invoices
• Assist with administration payroll, taxes & pension
• Administration of staff expenses & petty cash
• Any other duties assigned by Acct. Manager

Qualifications

• B.Sc/HND Accounting
• Minimum of 3years experience in a manufacturing company
• Strong analytical, interpersonal & negotiation skills
• Proficient in English language (oral & written)
• Good knowledge of MS word/excel/power point & accounting software
